Below is a description of the responsibilities: + Observe the routine of the multidisciplinary team to understand the items to be evaluated; + Select consultations to be evaluated according to the timeline; + Assist the multidisciplinary team in conducting evaluations of selected consultations via the Tasy system and electronic medical records, according to evaluation type per department; + Review data recorded therein, assessing relevance, quality, and irregularities in completion; generate reports and inform the multidisciplinary team; + Safeguard information evidenced in medical records; + Participate in meetings of the Medical Record Review Committee; + Provide support to SAME activities as needed; + Ensure implementation of the institution’s established sustainable practices to minimize environmental impact of operations and contribute to the health and well-being of employees and the community; + Promote an organizational culture that ensures workplace safety, thereby safeguarding team members’ physical integrity in the occupational environment; + Ensure implementation of sound risk management practices within the institution, contributing to risk identification, assessment, treatment, monitoring, and strengthening of established internal controls; + Act in accordance with Unimed’s core competencies: cooperate to grow, pursue excellence, delight the customer, and manage emotions; + Perform other related tasks as required by workflow, under guidance from the area leader.
