




Job Summary: A Level 1 technical support professional responsible for assisting users and diagnosing issues in systems and infrastructure, ensuring digital transformation in the public sector. Our technologies accelerate digital transformation, meeting the diverse needs of governments at all levels. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Cover vacations for the resident team across various Softplan clients; * Provide Level 1 (N1\) technical support for the SAJ Procuradorias system, identifying, simulating, and resolving issues—or escalating when necessary—while guiding users, clarifying doubts, and fully registering support tickets; * Assist in verifying and diagnosing simple network and hardware issues; * Analyze errors, review logs, and execute simple database queries for diagnostics; * Ensure follow-up and status updates on support tickets with internal teams and end users. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Availability for travel (average of 30 days), including weekends; * Technical or undergraduate degree (in progress or completed) in IT-related fields; * Prior experience in technical support or user assistance (on-site and/or remote); * Basic or intermediate knowledge of Service Desk, network infrastructure (e.g., connectivity testing, link instability diagnosis, firewalls, viruses, etc.), and simple database queries (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
