Job Summary: Responsible for leading the full financial planning cycle, acting as a strategic business partner, and coordinating managerial routines. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate managerial routines and analyze results **We have positions available for persons with disabilities (PCD)** **Responsibilities:** Lead the full financial planning cycle, including preparation of the annual budget (Budget) and management of monthly revisions (Forecasts). Act as a strategic business partner, serving as the focal point for presenting monthly results and aligning assumptions with managers across departments and branches. For monthly closing, coordinate managerial routines, ensuring critical analysis of sales, costs, margins, and expenses, and preparing detailed reports. Develop and monitor financial and operational KPIs (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement), working capital analysis, and feasibility assessment of new investments and projects (NPV, IRR, Payback), managing Capex control. Provide direct support for audit processes and maintenance of internal controls. **Requirements:** Minimum 5 years of experience in the field. Completed undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting. Advanced Excel proficiency; Power Query or Power BI knowledge is a plus.
