Join us!** Professional with experience in first-level support, capable of resolving common issues, working autonomously, and ensuring smooth operation of Brametal's IT environment. ### **Responsibilities** * Autonomous N1 support in resolving frequent incidents. * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment (laptops, desktops, printers). * Support for corporate software, VPN, and internal tools. * Local network support (testing, connectivity, asset validation). * Configuration of user profiles, permissions, and groups. * Execution of procedures to correct recurring failures. * Support to the team in implementing Service Desk improvements. * Basic user training on best practices. ### **Requirements** * Completed technical degree in IT or related fields. * 13 years of experience in N1 or basic N2 support. * Knowledge of AD, Office 365, Windows, and ticketing tools. * Organizational, customer service, and prioritization skills.
