Opportunity to enhance organizational skills and attention to detail Our client is a company specializing in manufacturing bedding, duvets, towels, and other customized products, with a strong focus on comfort and well-being, and is seeking a professional to join its Procurement department. **Main Responsibilities:** Execute procurement processes for materials, supplies, and services; Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines with suppliers; Manage product registration (including creation, modification, and maintenance), covering NCM codes, type, origin, and tax classification; Update price lists; Maintain and update internal spreadsheets and systems; Issue return invoices; Organize documents, reports, and departmental files; Provide administrative support to the procurement team. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields (currently enrolled or completed); Prior experience in administrative or procurement roles; Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level preferred); Negotiation skills; Organizational skills and attention to detail; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Proactivity and commitment; Professional demeanor and results-oriented mindset. **Benefits:** Meal allowance. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 5:48 PM **Work Location:** **City:** Balneário Camboriú **State:** SC
