Performing physicochemical analyses and customer service **Job Description:** ---------------------- SATC EDUCATION AND BUSINESS Opportunity to work at the Fuel Analysis and Testing Laboratory \- LAEC. Responsibilities: \- Conduct field sampling of coal, soils, and other matrices according to applicable SOPs/standards, ensuring sample representativeness and integrity; \- Prepare coal and soil samples (drying, homogenization, quartering, sieving, grinding), following SOPs and traceability requirements; \- Operate and maintain equipment (balances, computers, mills, etc.); \- Perform physicochemical analyses, applying quality controls (duplicates, standards, calibration curves) and meeting acceptance criteria; \- Safely operate company vehicles, ensuring basic maintenance and adherence to assigned routes; \- Provide customer service, clarifying inquiries with clear and concise communication; \- Carry out other duties inherent to the position or as directed by immediate supervisors, provided the candidate is qualified and such duties align with their knowledge and experience.
