What will be your responsibilities? * Execute strategic procurement processes for materials/services related to capital projects, managing your own procurement category, conducting analyses, preparing tenders, ensuring stakeholder validation and engagement across relevant categories, and defining and achieving annual cost-savings targets. * Be responsible for multiple categories and possess deep knowledge of their specific characteristics. * Execute strategic sourcing processes, being accountable for multiple categories and possessing deep knowledge of their specific characteristics; conducting analyses, developing scenarios, and structuring recommendations; as well as monitoring category KPIs and implementing necessary adjustments to achieve expected results. * Prepare tender documents (RfI, RfQ, RfP) and analyze tender quotations, ensuring clear negotiation workflows, providing feedback to stakeholders, carefully selecting suppliers, and identifying commercial cost-saving levers. * Prepare award documentation and perform day-to-day tasks with excellent proficiency, such as: entering data into SAP/Ariba, preparing contract amendments, and conducting supplier follow-up meetings. * Communicate clearly with other teams and support the development of junior colleagues by providing guidance to other buyers on procurement practices and procurement strategy implementation. * Deliver contract information to operational procurement. * Prospect and develop suppliers. * Conduct domestic and international travel to visit supplier production facilities, installations, and processes.
