As a **Senior Requirements Analyst**, you will join a squad focused on quality, creative processes, and agile development. **Hybrid position for the Brasília/DF region \=D** **Responsibilities and Duties** On a day-to-day basis, we expect you to manage the following processes: * Interpret business requirements to align business needs with solutions; * Participate in meetings for interviews and requirements gathering with clients; * Analyze and specify requirements for vendor selection; * Map and design business processes; * Validate, verify, and test deliverables; * Monitor corrective actions during the warranty period; * Create documentation and transfer knowledge to the post-production support team using methodologies based on industry best practices; * Specify screen prototypes. **Requirements and Qualifications** What’s needed for our perfect match: * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology Management, or Information Systems; * Experience with agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies; * Prior experience as a Requirements Analyst or Business Analyst in web projects; * Knowledge of BPM and BPMN; * Familiarity with ANSI-standard SQL; * Intermediate technical English; * Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, adaptability, and experience operating in multidisciplinary and cross-functional environments. **Desirable** * Knowledge of CMMI-Dev or MPS.BR. **Additional Information** Infrastructure allowance; Flexible working hours; Birthday Day Off – with a surprise!
