




Main Responsibilities: * Process and maintain benefits (meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, health insurance, dental insurance, etc.). * Update and maintain employees’ personnel records, ensuring compliance with labor legislation. * Assist in preparing reports and controls related to the Human Resources Department. * Support employees with guidance on benefits-related matters. * Participate in HR management projects and activities as required by the department. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Experience in benefits administration. * Proficiency in major HR systems and tools. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. Preferred Qualifications: * Knowledge of time-tracking and payroll systems. * Experience with Senior system. * Familiarity with HR management tools (e.g., benefits administration, leave management, training platforms).
