We are driven by great challenges, by motivated, empowered, and happy people, by customers who increasingly demand more from our industry, and by intensive use of technology and innovative solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** Map processes, identify and analyze risks and controls to support the evolution and maintenance of mappings and matrices; Develop and execute internal control tests, risk and control monitoring—activities involving extraction of database records and analysis of large volumes of information; Update and develop indicator dashboards, reports, and presentations—reports on operational and corporate risks; Support business areas in improving processes and controls, including generating action plans and tracking implementation; Maintain and evolve BCN—Business Continuity Management—and BDPO—Operational Loss Database; Support the promotion of risk and controls culture across business areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed in: Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; Experience: 2–4 years in risk, internal controls, or audit (preferably in insurance); Tools: Advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, and AI; Knowledge and practical experience with frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000, COBIT); Analytical, proactive, autonomous, and cross-functional collaborative profile (team and other departments).
