We research, create, and make things happen—it’s in our DNA. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your mission as a Node.js, React, and .NET Developer will be:** * Lead technological modernization and evolution initiatives, including major code refactoring, architectural restructuring, and service migrations. * Develop and maintain scalable solutions using Node.js, React, and .NET, ensuring high performance, security, and quality. * Actively contribute to defining architecture, development standards, best practices, and software engineering processes. * Conduct in-depth technical analyses, planning and executing continuous improvements for both legacy and new systems. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (product, QA, UX, infrastructure, and data) to deliver robust and sustainable solutions. * Perform rigorous code reviews to promote technical quality and team growth. * Monitor applications, interpret metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous optimization. * Support automation initiatives, CI/CD, and testing strategies. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:** * Node.js: REST APIs, Express, TypeScript, monitoring tools, automated testing. * React: SPA development, hooks, state management (Redux, Zustand or similar), component-level testing. * .NET / .NET Core: API development, database integration, clean architecture. * Software architecture: microservices, event-driven architecture, clean architecture, domain-driven design. * Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB). * Version control and engineering practices: Git, code review, automated testing, coding best practices. * CI/CD: pipelines, deployment automation, continuous integration. * Cloud: managed services, APIs, containers. **Skills that will catch our attention:** **** * Participation in monolith-to-microservices migration projects. * Experience working in high-volume, high-availability, low-latency environments. * Experience with metrics-driven continuous refactoring (coverage, complexity, performance). **Additional Information** **What it’s like to work at Functional Health Tech:** * Our team is exceptional—we collaborate and achieve more together. * Our culture is agile, and we are constantly evolving. * We encourage professional growth and employee development through various initiatives and events, including a training platform, monthly webinars, and our internal Hackathon, “Baratona”.
