**We are looking for someone who dares to take the lead with us.** **Responsibilities and duties:** * Be responsible for maintaining and continuously reviewing the health of the environment, always aiming for availability; * Support other team members in resolving incidents and/or projects; * Study, plan, and execute preventive maintenance on infrastructure to ensure continuous improvement; * Maintain up-to-date documentation of environments to enable knowledge sharing across the team; * Propose technical solutions, always considering environment availability; * Support development teams; * Analytical capability and strategic vision for data-driven decision-making; * Proactivity and sense of urgency in resolving critical issues; * Collaboration and effective communication with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Data Engineering, Developers, and Infrastructure). **Requirements and qualifications:** * Proven experience as a DBA administering AWS DynamoDB, AWS RDS SQL Server, and RavenDB; * Experience with high availability using AlwaysOn, Multi-AZ, and Read Replicas; * In-depth knowledge of AWS RDS and EC2 instances optimized for databases; * Experience with DynamoDB Streams, Global Tables, partitioning, and NoSQL modeling; * Proficiency in backup, restore, snapshots, and data replication in distributed environments; * Skill in SQL and NoSQL query tuning and optimization; * Knowledge of SQL data modeling; * Experience with CloudWatch and AWS Backup; * Familiarity with CI/CD tools for automating database deployments; .\- Experience with PowerShell, Python, or Terraform for automating administrative tasks; .\- Knowledge of Git and GitHub; * Experience with Dynatrace monitoring. **Desirable:** * AWS certifications (AWS Certified Database – Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect); **Additional information:** * For your health, we offer **medical and dental insurance** with no co-payment for exams and consultations; * Want more well-being?
