If you possess strong SQL and Python expertise, sharp analytical skills, and experience delivering tangible value to business and product decision-making, this could be your next great opportunity! **Responsibilities and duties:** * Analyze large volumes of data from diverse sources. * Develop and maintain robust, efficient data models to support product teams’ needs. * Build interactive, easy-to-understand dashboards and reports, clearly and concisely communicating identified insights and trends. * Conduct exploratory analyses to identify opportunities for product growth and/or improvement. * Collaborate closely with the product team and other business areas to understand their needs and deliver effective data solutions. * Serve as a key liaison between the product team and the data engineering team, facilitating communication between them. * Participate in defining and monitoring strategic KPIs. * Develop data pipelines for product team self-service using Python and other tools. * Ensure the quality and integrity of data used in analyses. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Proficiency in SQL for manipulating and extracting data from relational databases. * Strong Python skills and familiarity with major data analysis libraries (especially PySpark). * Experience creating impactful data visualizations using tools such as Databricks SQL, Tableau, or others. * Excellent analytical ability and critical thinking to identify patterns, trends, and relevant insights in large datasets. * Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable information for diverse audiences. * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present findings. * Proactivity, autonomy, and strong teamwork capabilities. * Experience with Databricks is a plus. * Experience in acquiring/merchant services products is also a plus. **What we offer:** **Health and Well-being** * Medical and Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * "Lado a Lado" Program—providing legal, social, psychological, and financial support; * Wellhub. **Meals/Mobility or Remote Work:** * **PicPay Benefits** credit card, widely accepted, where you receive your meal/food allowance and mobility or remote work allowance (according to your employment contract). **Parental Leave:** * Extended maternity leave of 6 months and extended paternity leave of 20 days. * "Novo Ser" Program, supporting expectant mothers throughout pregnancy and after returning from leave.
