Specializing in big data analytics, we serve major players across the automotive industry—including banks, finance companies, leasing firms, and insurance providers. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** We are seeking a **Senior Computer Vision Engineer** to lead advanced AI and computer vision initiatives, with emphasis on applied research, model acceleration, and development of scalable solutions. If you possess solid experience in computer vision, MLOps, inference acceleration, and enjoy solving complex challenges by transforming research into real-world products, this role is for you! You will operate with technical autonomy and leadership, participating from project conception through production deployment—including distributed training, intensive model optimization, synthetic dataset creation, and integration of cutting-edge MLOps pipelines. **DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead end-to-end computer vision projects: prototyping, experimentation, training, and deployment. * Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced models: CNNs, R-CNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, and Vision-Language Models (VLMs). * Work with models applied to **image captioning, VQA (Visual Question Answering)**, and internal AI agents. * Create, curate, and maintain synthetic and real-world datasets, applying data augmentation and simulation techniques. * Implement full AI pipelines: data preparation, training, validation, testing, deployment, and fine-tuning. * Apply image-to-text, OCR, captioning, and visual grounding techniques. * Accelerate inference using **CUDA, TensorRT, OpenVINO, ONNX Runtime, Cython, Numba, and CuPy**. * Read, interpret, and adapt scientific papers to implement state-of-the-art solutions. * Conduct proof-of-concepts and comparative studies of architectures and models. * Support and mentor mid-level and junior engineers, promoting engineering best practices, version control, and reproducibility. * Collaborate with technical teams to define scalable and efficient solutions. * Integrate models into MLOps pipelines, ensuring scalability and performance in production environments. * Continuously analyze results and propose improvements focused on performance, accuracy, and computational cost. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * 5+ years of proven experience in applied computer vision or AI R&D.
