The challenge is for a highly technical squad, focused on performance improvements in a large-scale TMS (Transportation Management System) software, root-cause analysis of complex incidents, and implementation of business enhancements that enable product evolution. ### **Responsibilities:** * Analyze and optimize application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks. * Investigate and resolve the root cause of critical incidents. * Develop new features and business enhancements using clean, scalable code. * Collaborate with the team to define and implement best development practices. ### **Mandatory Requirements:** * At least 5 years of backend development experience with .NET / .NET Core. * In-depth knowledge of databases (SQL Server, etc.) and query optimization. * Experience with monitoring and performance tools (APM). * Experience in high-criticality environments and resolution of complex problems. * Experience with Cloud (Azure/AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, and Messaging (RabbitMQ/Kafka). ### **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience with Agile methodologies; * Experience with source code versioning; * Degree in technology or currently pursuing one; * **Proficiency in at least one additional programming language for over one year.** **We aim to provide our team with a welcoming, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
