




**Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you on a daily basis:** --------------------------------- * Serve as a Data Translator, supporting the translation of data for teams across the Customer Experience (CX) ecosystem (Market Intelligence, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Technical Team, Marketing, Products); * Support collaboration between technical and business areas, making analyses more accessible and applicable to operations; * Interpret analytical deliverables under supervision, contributing to communicating insights that support decision-making; * Monitor and contribute to customer journey analyses, identifying opportunities for improvement; * Support the development of studies on customer experience KPIs (NPS, contact rate, FCR, churn); * Collaborate in organizing and updating databases used for CX analyses; * Assist in building simple customer segmentations, following guidelines from analysts and data scientists; * Participate in technical meetings and discussions to learn about analytical approaches, contributing operational suggestions; **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **We’re looking for someone who:** * Thinks and acts from the customer’s perspective.
