You will work in a dynamic environment with cutting-edge technology, applying engineering best practices, proprietary AI models, and continuous learning, with the purpose of democratizing e-commerce and financial services across Latin America. Imagine yourself leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects and **being responsible for:** * Implementing, testing, and maintaining software with a primary focus on scalability, using GenAI tools and SDD (Spec Driven Development) methodologies to concentrate on architecture while technology accelerates execution. * Supporting "Cross" initiatives by facilitating integration, handling the unknown, and autonomously finding solutions throughout analysis, development, and deployment activities. * Ensuring the creation of metrics focused on what you can control (Circle of Influence), using them to propose continuous improvements. * Acting as an "Evangelist", providing mentoring and support to less experienced colleagues, serving as a "Pipeline Person" whose energy and initiative help advance the team's technical capabilities. * Supporting the definition and execution of technical initiatives independently and with orthogonal thinking, ensuring innovative solutions. **What we’re looking for in you?** * Experience with programming languages such as Golang, Java, and/or .Net, and the desire to operate as an "AI-Native", orchestrating AI tools daily. * Solid knowledge of REST APIs and the HTTP protocol. * Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, such as MySQL and MongoDB. * Knowledge of messaging topics and queues, such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and Google Pub/Sub. * Familiarity with observability tools, such as New Relic, Datadog, Kibana, and Grafana. * Proactive mindset and ability to assume full ownership (ownership) of challenges. **Are you excited to leave your mark on Latin America’s technology landscape?** Apply now and join our mission!
