Driven by major challenges, we developed a platform to facilitate control and optimize management from the earliest stages through project completion. **// General Responsibilities:** * **Surface Sanding**: Sand walls, floors, and other surfaces made of concrete, masonry, plaster, or gypsum to achieve smoothness and readiness for painting, cladding, or other finishes. * **Finishing Preparation**: Prepare surfaces for subsequent construction phases, such as paint application, mortar, or other finishing treatments. * **Use of Appropriate Tools**: Operate electric sanders, grinders, and manual tools to ensure uniform, defect-free finishes. * **Quality Control**: Inspect completed work to identify potential flaws — such as holes, cracks, or irregularities — and correct them before final finishing. * **Worksite Cleanup**: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by removing dust residues, material scraps, and ensuring the site remains safe for other construction personnel. * **Workplace Safety**: Properly use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including dust masks, gloves, safety goggles, and hearing protection, to safeguard personal health during sanding operations. **// Required Qualifications:** * Are you available to start immediately? * Do you reside in Montes Claros or its surrounding region? * Do you have experience in this role?
