Assistance in resolving technical questions and issues Position: Technical Support and System Implementation Assistant Job Responsibilities: The professional will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service activities, including: Installing and configuring the company's system on customers' computers; Configuring printers and other peripherals required for system operation; Sending manuals, tutorials, and guidance to customers; Providing user support via telephone, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms; Offering basic assistance in resolving questions and technical issues related to system usage; Recording and tracking all support interactions; Performing other routine administrative and support tasks as needed. Desired Qualifications: Proficiency in computer operations and software installation; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills, responsibility, and willingness to learn; Ability to interact effectively with the public and solve problems.
