We are looking for an **Administrative Transmission Analyst I** to ensure the organization, fluidity, and compliance of administrative processes supporting the operational activities of the Transmission area. Acting as a strategic link between management, internal departments, and external partners, this professional ensures efficient control of financial, contractual, budgetary, and administrative routines, contributing to meeting deadlines, proper allocation of resources (CAPEX and OPEX), and adherence to internal, legal, and regulatory standards of the electricity sector. **If you are organized, communicative, responsible, and seek a dynamic environment for professional growth, your place is here with us!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Execute and monitor administrative, financial, accounting, tax, and management-support activities for the Transmission area, ensuring process organization, deadline compliance, and conformity with legislation and internal standards. * Analyze and operationalize procurement and contracting processes, including commercial and financial analysis of proposals, document issuance, contract monitoring, and support to involved departments. * Perform CAPEX and OPEX budgetary control, tracking budgeted versus actual expenditures, preparing reports, indicators, and analytical support for decision-making. * Carry out routine tasks such as data entry, document verification, payment follow-up, and audit support. * Support internal and external employees, managers, clients, and suppliers by advising on administrative procedures and standards, assisting HR processes (onboarding, benefits, occupational health, exit interviews, and employee assistance), organizing corporate events, managing non-conformities, and monitoring CAPEX projects—ensuring compliance with MCPSE, Health, Occupational Safety and Environmental Management standards, as well as applicable Company certifications. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Prerequisites:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * Solid experience in administrative routines within medium- or large-sized companies, particularly in financial, accounting, tax, and administrative processes—including data entry, document verification, payment tracking, invoice control, and report preparation. * Experience in procurement and contract management processes, including commercial and financial analysis of proposals and support for contractual operationalization. * Knowledge of CAPEX and OPEX budgetary control, budgeted versus actual tracking, and indicator development. **Desirable Attributes:** * Familiarity with advanced BI tools, data analysis, and managerial indicators. * Experience supporting HR processes such as onboarding, benefits administration, occupational health, and employee assistance. **Additional Information** **For you and your dependents.** * Medical and dental plans. **Exclusively for you.** * Meal and/or food allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Private pension plan; * Group life insurance; * Gym / Wellness programs; * Language program; * Variable compensation program. **ENGIE** has been present in Brazil for over 20 years, leading electricity generation in the country and offering innovative services and solutions to its customers.
