As a **Senior Consultant**, you will play a central role within our rapidly expanding **Technical Advisory** team in Luxembourg and actively contribute to major projects across the **BE-LUX and D-A-CH** regions. **Why Drees & Sommer?** **Tangible Impact**: Contribute to industrial sector projects ranging from high-tech data centers to sustainable real estate developments **Innovative Environment**: Work with BIM, Lean, Smart Building technologies, and the most modern tools **International Perspective**: Collaborate with expert teams across the BE-LUX and D-A-CH regions **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** -------------- * Electrical or HVAC&R consulting according to DIN 276, particularly cost groups 440 and 450 * Technical assessments and optimization of building systems, energy efficiency, and sustainability * Development of innovative technical solutions to integrate renewable energy sources and reduce operational costs * Preparation and review of technical documentation, scope of services, and tender dossiers * Active participation in procurement procedures and strategic support during contractual negotiations * Preparation and delivery of technical presentations for clients and project stakeholders **YOUR PROFILE** ---------------- * Degree in electrical engineering, building services engineering, or equivalent qualification * 5–10 years of experience, ideally in structural engineering * Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with BMS systems and CAFM tools is desirable * Fluent in French or German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+) * Analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and strong team orientation * Willingness to travel occasionally within BE-LUX and D-A-CH **Ready for your next step?** Join a forward-looking consulting firm that values your experience and supports your professional development.
