**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Monitor daily internal non-conformities recorded in the system (Qualiex);
* Ensure correct registration, updating, and closure of Internal Non-Conformity Reports (RNCI) within defined deadlines;
* Perform technical analysis of internal rejections, identifying probable and root causes;
* Track and follow up on implementation of defined corrective and preventive actions;
* Validate effectiveness of implemented actions prior to RNCI closure;
* Define, jointly with involved departments, the technical disposition of non-conforming products (dilution, reprocessing, disposal, or off-grade sale);
* Ensure disposition is technically justified, documented, and traceable;
* Support the Commercial team in off-grade sales negotiations, where applicable;
* Ensure disposition decisions align with specifications, standards, and customer requirements;
* Monitor non-conforming product inventory with Intralog;
* Monitor volumes, dwell time, and associated risks of NC stock;
* Periodically report NC stock data, risks, and trends to leadership;
* Support initiatives for structural reduction of non-conforming product inventory;
* Manage and monitor all technical customer complaints from initial registration through final closure in Qualiex;
* Ensure complete, traceable, and timely technical responses to open complaints for validity assessment, per agreed timelines;
* Maintain continuous communication with Commercial regarding complaint handling status;
* Ensure proper classification, prioritization, and routing of External Non-Conformity Reports (RNCE);
* Prepare periodic performance reports for RNCI and RNCE;
* Analyze failure trends, recurrences, and product performance;
* Support development of KPIs such as First Pass Yield, returns, customer complaints, dilutions, and rejection rate;
* Provide reliable data to support leadership decision-making;
* Participate in cross-departmental problem-solving meetings (Quality, Production, Engineering, PCP, Commercial);
* Ensure technical alignment of information shared internally and externally;
* Support the Integrated Management System (SGI) in non-conformity-related activities;
* Contribute to improvement of technical specifications and quality control procedures;
* Propose systemic improvements to reduce failures, rework, and variability;
* Support standardization of NC analysis methods and handling procedures;
* Act preventively to reduce recurrences;
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
* Training in APQP, MASP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP;
* Training in Quality Tools and Statistical Process Control (SPC);
* Ability to read and interpret IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards;
