The construction company is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Manaus. **Responsibilities:** Receiving and inspecting materials is one of the responsibilities. It is also necessary to dispatch supplies to internal departments and construction sites. In addition, weekly supply scheduling must be carried out. Receiving demobilization materials and organizing inventories are also among the tasks to be performed. Material distribution and supply cubic measurement are fundamental tasks. It is important to monitor loans, sales, disposals, donations, quality certificates, non-conformance records, and material movements belonging to clients. Registering fiscal invoice protocols and preparing demobilization material sorting reports are also essential functions. Finally, overseeing the dispatch of large volumes and address assignment reports completes the set of responsibilities. Previous experience as a Warehouse Assistant, Logistics Assistant, Warehouse Operator, or Inventory Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
