Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and communicative professional to monitor students' daily routines, ensure compliance with school regulations, and mediate conflicts—fostering an environment of respect and empathy. Mediating conflicts and actively listening to emotional needs We are looking for a responsible, communicative, and committed professional dedicated to our students' well-being! **Responsibilities:** * Monitor students' routines during entry, exit, recess, and class intervals. * Ensure compliance with school rules through an educational and respectful approach. * Regularly patrol common areas to prevent risks, conflicts, or disorder. * Support gate control, personnel access, and organization of queues and internal movement. * Report inappropriate behavior or relevant situations to the pedagogical coordination team. * Encourage attitudes of respect, empathy, responsibility, and ethical coexistence among students. * Mediate conflicts and contribute to active listening of students and their emotional needs. * Support events, extracurricular activities, and educational field trips. * Observe and refer cases related to bullying, exclusion, or other forms of vulnerability. * Assist in preserving school property and safeguarding students’ physical and emotional integrity. * Perform other duties pertinent to the area as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education. * Clear communication skills with students and the pedagogical team.
