We are seeking a creative, communicative, and literature-loving individual to work in the library with a focus on cultural activities and reading promotion, especially among children and youth. **Key responsibilities:** * Prepare and conduct playful and engaging storytelling sessions; * Organize workshops, reading clubs, and cultural events; * Select books and supporting materials for activities; * Develop and support reading promotion campaigns; * Coordinate cultural initiatives with schools and the community; * Decorate and set up the library for events and special occasions; * Support the organization and management of the children's and youth collections. **Ideal candidate profile** * Creative, expressive, and communicative person; * Strong public speaking skills and confidence when addressing audiences; * Cultural sensitivity and passion for literature; * Organized and skilled at planning activities and events; * Comfortable working with children and young people; **Preferred qualifications** * Experience in storytelling; * Background in arts, music, theater, or early childhood education; * Prior involvement in cultural or educational projects. **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD) and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.**
