This position is ideal for professionals at the beginning of their careers, with an analytical profile, interest in project management, and solid proficiency in Excel and MS Project, offering opportunities for technical and professional growth. Key responsibilities include: * Supporting project schedule tracking in MS Project; * Updating and organizing information on deadlines, tasks, and resources; * Creating and maintaining control spreadsheets in Excel; * Assisting in preparing simple project progress reports; * Supporting data collection and consolidation for engineering and projects; * Providing support to technical and planning teams; * Following department-defined project procedures and standards. Prerequisites: * Engineering degree (currently enrolled in the penultimate year or recently graduated) * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (formulas, charts, pivot tables) * MS Project knowledge (basic to intermediate level) * Interest in project planning and management * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Education: Civil Engineering, Bachelor's Degree Driver's License Requirement: Class B
