**Hilton Morumbi** **\- Avenida das Nações Unidas, 12901, São Paulo, Brazil** *Information Technology Analyst* Provides support and training for all hotel systems, network improvements, and hardware and software support. Assists in implementing IT technology initiatives to ensure compliance with directives set by Hilton’s IT leadership. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** * Provides application, hardware, and network connectivity support to users. * Implements solutions for challenges and concerns associated with personal computer equipment usage. * Promotes efficient interdepartmental communication to optimize software resources. * Serves as the Hilton Technology Network Administrator, adhering to HHC standards and guidelines. * Coordinates upgrades and is responsible for directory structure on network servers. * Manages, diagnoses, and implements corrective measures related to LAN and server network performance. * Manages sharing of technological resources. * Works closely with property management to ensure smooth network operation and assists in maintaining the site system. * Supervises IT specialists to ensure prompt departmental support. **SUPPORT FUNCTIONS:** In addition to essential functions, this position requires a combination of the following support functions, with time allocation determined by management based on the specific requirements of this Company. * Assists in other IT areas as requested. * Supports the Delivery Support System Support or Chief Information Office on projects as requested. * Supports other departments as needed. * Assists guests whenever necessary. * Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** * Excellent project management skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Extensive experience with LAN/WAN environments, including Novell NetWare and Windows Server and Professional 95/NT. * Knowledge of LAN architecture. * Extensive knowledge of system integration. * Ability to work effectively with people possessing varying technical skill levels. **Familiarity with the following applications:** * Microsoft Windows Server * Internet Access * MS Office * Microsoft Windows * Remote support software * Outlook/Outlook Web Access * Oracle Opera * Oracle Simphony * Linux operating system * Mobile and landline telephony * Active Directory * Project participation **EDUCATION** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in related fields * Intermediate English; **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems support. * Prior experience with hospitality systems preferred. **LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS** * Microsoft certification preferred.
