Known for delivering an extraordinary experience to our guests and customers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Inspect mise en place materials (table setup), daily-use equipment, and prepare the service area for the day (the stations). * Set up breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner mise en place with meal-appropriate utensils. * Prepare coffee and café beverages such as cappuccino, café latte, espresso, iced coffee, etc. * Clear soiled china, glassware, and cutlery from tables. * Organize clean and soiled linens (fabric napkins and/or tablecloths), place them in the trolley, transport to the laundry, and retrieve clean items. * Set up, replenish, and break down buffet service (when applicable). * Check supplies in the pantry (sugar, sweetener, salt, ketchup, mayonnaise, jam, soy sauce, etc.) and inform the manager of quantities needed for procurement. * Assist servers in delivering guest services according to Rosewood São Paulo standards. * In the server’s absence, take guest orders in the restaurants and Room Service, then relay orders to the server for system entry. **Key Requirements:** * Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage operations * Strong communication skills for guest service * English communication skills preferred
