Optimize cloud-based database environments (GCP and AWS) **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for a DBA in the Technology area, whose primary challenge is to lead the migration and consolidation of multiple SQL databases, ensuring integrity, performance, and reliability of solutions, as well as enabling effective interaction with strategic partners and vendors to support the company’s technological transformation. Responsibilities: \- Administer and maintain SQL databases, ensuring high availability, integrity, and performance. \- Lead migration and consolidation processes for multiple databases to SQL, in partnership with specialized consulting firms. \- Interact with vendors and strategic partners, ensuring delivery of optimal solutions and holding them accountable for results when necessary. \- Monitor and optimize cloud-based database environments, with focus on GCP and AWS. \- Plan and execute continuous improvements to the data architecture, aligned with business needs. \- Document procedures and best practices, ensuring organization and traceability of activities. \- Collaborate with internal technology teams, providing technical support and guidance on efficient database usage. \- Respond to emergency situations upon request, ensuring rapid and effective resolution in critical scenarios. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Proven experience as a DBA in complex environments. * Proficiency in SQL and general database knowledge. * Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). * Preferred: Experience with AWS, due to the ongoing consolidation process onto this platform. * Experience in cloud-based data migration. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- INDIFFERENT **Benefits:** --------------- * R$1\.650,00 Flash Card for meals/snacks; * Bonus tied to goal achievement; * Fully company-paid medical and dental insurance (100% covered by Strada) for you and your dependents; * Transportation allowance; * TotalPass; * StarBem for psychological support; * SESC membership; * Golden Farma pharmacy discount program; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Childcare allowance for children up to 1 year old after birth; * Birthday day off (on your birthday or during your birth month). **Work Location:** ---------------------- STRADA PAY INSTITUICAO DE PAGAMENTO LTDA.
