The professional occupying this position will perform the following activities: In-person, telephone, and email customer service; Organization and archiving of physical and digital documents; Control and entry of information into spreadsheets and internal systems; Generation of administrative and financial reports; Management of team schedules, meetings, and appointments; Receiving, verifying, and sending documents and materials; Updating registrations and databases; Monitoring internal administrative processes; Support in preparing presentations and spreadsheets; Customer and supplier service and support.
