Position: Operations Supervisor – Mobile Mechanical Workshops \- Hybrid 3x2 About the Role We are looking for a dynamic professional with leadership potential to serve as Operations Supervisor across our network of mobile mechanical workshops. This is a strategic position aimed at ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and seamless integration with our fleet management software. Main Responsibilities Supervise the technical teams of mobile workshops to ensure productivity and service quality. Plan and organize external customer service operations. Monitor performance indicators, costs, and productivity of mobile units. Manage the use of fleet management software, tracking service orders, logistics of field travel, and parts inventory control. Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and on-time delivery. Implement standardized processes and propose operational improvements. Requirements Prior experience supervising or coordinating operations in the automotive sector, preferably involving heavy vehicles. Experience managing technical teams. Proficiency with digital tools, especially fleet management and service order software. Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to make quick decisions. Willingness to conduct external visits and oversee field operations. Preferred Qualifications Experience with truck, bus, or heavy machinery maintenance companies. Knowledge of logistics and preventive maintenance processes. Hands-on experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and SLA management. What We Offer Competitive market-based salary.
