Junior Technical Support Analyst

Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to work with a major client in the financial sector! **Responsibilities and duties** * Handling support requests via tickets/web support platforms; * Participating in meetings with clients to understand requirements/issues and propose solutions; * Performing system testing; * Performing platform configuration tasks; * Creating reports on platforms as needed; * Opening support tickets with platform vendors in English; Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Prior experience providing technical support for web systems; * Experience in customer service (especially via platforms such as Movidesk, Zendesk, and others); * Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly and concisely explain complex procedures, both in writing and verbally; * Intermediate English proficiency for reading and writing; * Ability to learn and configure systems using English-language documentation; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for software/web systems; * Proficiency in Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.); * Good organizational and prioritization skills. **Preferred qualifications** * Experience with LMS, HCM, or ERP platforms; * Intermediate English proficiency for writing and conversation.
