This analyst will be responsible for transforming data into strategic insights, supporting decision-making and contributing to the sustainable growth of the Kumon network. **Responsibilities and Duties** The Mid-Level Market Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for transforming data into strategic insights, supporting decision-making and contributing to the sustainable growth of the Kumon network. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Collect, process, and analyze market, competitor, and franchised unit performance data; * Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support strategic departments such as Expansion, Operations, Marketing, and Planning; * Conduct predictive analyses and feasibility studies to identify expansion opportunities and operational improvements; * Collaborate with various company departments on strategic projects, ensuring alignment between data intelligence and organizational goals; * Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities; * Ensure the integrity, organization, and continuous updating of databases used in analyses and reports. **Desired Experience:** * Prior experience in market intelligence, commercial intelligence, data analysis, or related fields; * Hands-on experience with data visualization and analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar; * Experience in franchise networks or decentralized business models is considered a plus; * Strong analytical ability, logical reasoning, and ease in transforming data into strategic information. **Requirements and Qualifications** To further enhance the value of the Kumon Method and thereby reach as many children as possible, we seek professionals with the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency (including Power Query, VBA, and Pivot Tables); * Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is desirable; * Familiarity with CRM systems and databases is desirable; * Advanced Spanish proficiency, enabling reading of reports, participation in meetings, and production of technical materials; * Must reside in São Paulo (SP); * Genuine interest in education and alignment with the Kumon Method and philosophy. **Additional Information** At Kumon, we value every effort toward building an environment and culture where all employees can enjoy peace of mind; therefore, we offer benefits aimed at employee well-being and development, as well as that of their families.
