Description
**Activities / Responsibilities**
* Separate weekly quotas and orders via requisitions forwarded by departments, ensuring delivery of all requested products;
* Respond to urgent requests by conducting necessary order verifications and ensuring timely delivery;
* Dispense prescriptions or requests in accordance with established regulations; receive, separate, and dispense;
* Receive and store materials and medications, ensuring good storage practices, organization, and flow;
* Perform rotating stock counts according to schedules established by the department, aiming to avoid shortages or excesses of materials and medications;
* Measure equipment temperatures, verify and record results in a dedicated spreadsheet;
* Dispense and count controlled substances, ensuring alignment between physical stock levels and system records;
* Return materials and medications, ensuring inventory security and correct restocking;
* Verify expiration dates, perform cleaning and organization as scheduled, ensuring good storage practices and safety;
* Assemble implanted kits, ensuring accurate and optimized service delivery;
* Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in implemented processes;
* Conduct monthly visits to diagnostic units to assess inventory, inspect emergency carts, and review unit routines.
**Education:**
Completed high school
**Technical Competency:**
Microsoft Office – Basic
