The role will be responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and implementing AI solutions that deliver tangible impact on internal efficiency, decision quality, and customer experience. This is not an isolated technology role, but rather a cross-functional position connecting business areas, data, automation, and strategy. The candidate will serve as the internal AI applied subject-matter expert, leading the innovation agenda on this topic across the company. **Your Mission:** * Develop and deploy Artificial Intelligence solutions that: * Reduce operational hours * Increase productivity and efficiency * Build actionable intelligence for leadership * Improve student and customer experience * Support data-driven strategic decisions **Responsibilities:** * Map processes and identify real opportunities for AI application * Engage with internal teams to understand pain points, bottlenecks, and priorities * Assess technical feasibility, risks, and maturity of solutions prior to implementation * Design controlled experiments when necessary * Implement automated workflows usable in daily operations * Prioritize projects based on impact, effort, and expected return * Track market trends and evaluate available tools * Ensure implemented solutions generate real, measurable usage **Scope of Work** Projects may include, among others: * Intelligent automation of internal processes * Automated consolidation and analysis of information * Strategic market monitoring * System integrations supported by AI * Structuring of data flows and operational intelligence * Focus areas evolve as prior deliveries mature and new opportunities emerge **Expected Profile** We seek someone who: * Possesses business acumen beyond technical expertise * Can communicate effectively with diverse teams and hierarchical levels * Is familiar with modern AI and automation tools * Understands technological limitations, risks, and maturity levels * Exercises critical judgment to avoid low-feasibility initiatives * Works autonomously and takes ownership of deliverables * Is familiar with APIs, integrations, and consumption of external services * Has experience with widely used AI project languages such as Python and SQL * Has hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and AWS \*Advanced knowledge in Machine Learning, applied statistics, MLOps, or specific frameworks is a plus, not mandatory\*. **Work Model** * High degree of autonomy * Direct responsibility for the company’s AI agenda * Impact- and results-oriented prioritization * Measurable deliverables * The role requires maturity to responsibly conduct experiments and assess risks before scaling solutions. * As with any innovation initiative, there are cycles of testing and learning.
