This professional will be responsible for managing the yard team, supervising vehicle entry and exit, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining the yard organized, clean, and safe. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage the yard team; * Supervise vehicle entry and exit; * Collaborate with other company departments; * Keep the yard organized, clean, and safe; * Ensure proper execution of concrete pouring activities; * Monitor the flow of materials and equipment; * Resolve operational issues and propose improvements; * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Experience as a driver and in basic concrete-related tasks; * Residence in São Bernardo do Campo or nearby areas; * Availability to work flexible hours, if necessary; * Completed High School education (Technical or university degree is a plus); * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); * Dynamic, proactive, agile, and quick to learn new tasks; * Ability to work in a team and good interpersonal relationships; * Organizational skills and time management ability; **Benefits:** * Competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Opportunity for professional growth; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
