Shift: 12x36 * Shift Hours: Day shift Salary: R$ 2.271,74 + 30% Hazard Pay + 10% VSPP Bonus Benefits: Meal Voucher: R$ 42.00 per day Transportation Voucher Life Insurance Medical Plan (optional) Pharmacy Card **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct preventive surveillance throughout the condominium premises * Control access for residents, visitors, and service providers * Register and verify entry authorizations * Monitor suspicious movements and act preventively * Support front desk organization and security **Requirements:** * Security Guard Course with specialization in VSPP (Private Personal Security Guard) * Valid refresher training * Good posture, discretion, and responsibility * Attention to detail and ability to act in risky situations * Prior experience in this role is a plus Minimum Education: Technical Course * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Life Insurance * Medical Assistance
