General Services Assistant with additional responsibilities Salary R$ 1.805,43 + 20% additional responsibility allowance = R$ 2.166,52

**Responsibilities** * Conduct safety inspections to identify hazardous conditions and monitor high-risk activities, aiming to improve workplace environments, ensure the physical integrity of employees, and prevent occupational incidents, accidents, and non-conformities; * Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and guidelines to meet applicable rules and relevant legislation; * Raise awareness among employees and third parties regarding occupational safety prevention topics through training sessions, guidance, safety dialogues, aiming to prevent occupational accidents and occupational diseases; * Perform safety onboarding for third-party contractors and evaluate legal documentation for approval of service providers deemed critical to the area; * Investigate accident root causes to propose preventive and corrective measures and minimize event recurrence; * Ensure availability of personal protective equipment (PPE), including development, testing, approval, control, and distribution of PPE, aiming to protect employees; * Ensure implementation of actions by the Internal Commission for Accident Prevention (CIPA) to foster stakeholder participation and guarantee effective commission operation; * Implement and monitor e\-Social-related actions to ensure compliance with program requirements; * Maintain safety documents—such as the Environmental Risk Management Program (PGR) and the Technical Report on Working Environment Conditions (LTCAT)—up-to-date and accessible to comply with existing legislation and standards. Practical experience in issuing PPPs; * Support leadership on all SHE-related matters for the unit and serve as the technical partner to leaders; * Ensure management of mandatory training delivery across all job functions; * Conduct and lead incident and accident investigations and analyses, as well as issue the Occupational Accident Communication (CAT). **Requirements** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) (mandatory); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); * Knowledge of Brazilian Regulatory Standards (NRs) (NR\-01, 06, 09, 10, 11, 12, 17, 33, 34, and 35\).
