We seek a Copywriter with a strategic marketing vision to operate integrally across content, client service, and support for communication routines. This person will be responsible for receiving client requests, structuring briefs, qualifying requests prior to submission to the creative team, producing strategic content, and monitoring deliverables alongside squads—ensuring clarity, narrative consistency, and fluency between clients and the internal team. Responsibilities: \- Lead alignment and agenda-setting meetings; \- Structure and consolidate briefs; \- Clarify technical and strategic questions; \- Formalize directions and next steps; \- Ensure clarity and feasibility of requests before submission to the creative team; \- Produce social media content (posts, captions, content capsules, short- and medium-length texts); \- Develop inbound marketing content (e-mails, simple workflows, landing pages, institutional texts); \- Structure narratives for campaigns and initiatives; \- Draft scripts, announcements, presentations, and strategic materials; \- Transform larger materials (articles, presentations, events) into content capsules; \- Adapt language according to audience, channel, and product; \- Evaluate clarity, coherence, and feasibility of requests before routing them to the creative team; \- Ensure narrative consistency across all deliverables; \- Review and validate digital assets before sending them to the client; \- Monitor deadlines and deliverables alongside squads; \- Support content organization and publication; \- Support the establishment of simple rules, tags, naming conventions, and workflows; \- Interface with designers, other copywriters, and strategy teams to ensure smooth deliverables. Requirements: Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related fields; Excellent command of the Portuguese language (clarity, conciseness, and textual consistency); Prior experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, or in a similar role; Familiarity with digital marketing and inbound marketing; Analytical ability and strong strategic insight; Organizational skills, process orientation, and attention to detail; Confidence when interacting with corporate clients; Ability to handle multiple simultaneous requests. Desirable: Experience in agencies, consulting firms, or lean teams; Knowledge of SEO and content funnels; Ability to adapt language for diverse audiences and segments. Benefits: To be discussed.
