If, like us, you’re passionate about education and technology, UOL EdTech is the place for you! **Check out this opportunity and join us as an \#EdTecher!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct active and reactive collections from students of partner universities (via phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and/or digital platforms). * Monitor and manage outstanding receivables, identifying financial discrepancies. * Negotiate debts, clarifying doubts regarding amounts, deadlines, and payment methods. * Record interactions and agreements in the system, ensuring information remains up to date. * Support issuing invoices, agreements, and duplicate payment receipts. * Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Customer Service, and Partner Universities) to resolve specific cases. * Contribute to reducing delinquency and improving the student experience. * Prepare simple collection tracking controls and reports when required. * Experience with digital-channel collections (WhatsApp, e\-mail, RCS). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in collections, customer service, or administrative/financial roles. * Basic knowledge of Excel and ease of use with systems. * Experience with digital collection tools (Hubspot, Twilio, or similar). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organized, responsible profile with sound negotiation judgment. * Ability to manage deadlines, goals, and high-volume customer interactions. **Additional Information** **To stand out in this role, it would be great if you also have:** * Experience in educational-sector collections. * Experience with notarial protest and pre-protest procedures. * Familiarity with financial management systems or CRM platforms. * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields. **We are a company that transforms lives through education powered by technology, offering a complete ecosystem of solutions for students, educational institutions, and enterprises.** We work hard to deliver the best digital learning experience—removing barriers, expanding access to quality education, and leaving our legacy in the world.
