Job Summary: We are seeking new talents for our operations team, focused on collections, active/passive customer service, argumentation, and problem resolution for debt settlement agreements. Responsibilities and Duties: * Perform collections tasks; * Active and passive customer service; * Argumentation and focus on results, both individual and team-based; * Problem-solving mindset with final objective being debt settlement agreement. Requirements and Qualifications: * Completed high school education; * Preferred: Experience in Collections; * Skills in argumentation and focus on results, both individual and team-based; * Problem-solving mindset with final objective being debt settlement agreement; What We Offer: * Salary: R$ 1\.626,97 * Bonus: 0 to 6 salaries per year; * Health Insurance \- Notredame; * Dental Insurance \- Bradesco (no payroll deduction); * Meal Allowance/Food Allowance: R$ 31,23 (per day), via Caju flexible card; * Transportation Allowance or Fuel Allowance (no payroll deduction); * Birthday Day Off; * Work Model: On-site; * Working Hours: 36 hours per week and 6.5 hours per day; * Workplace: São Bento \- São Paulo.
