Check product expiration dates. Sanitize food items. Organize inventory. Assist the cook at the beginning of food preparation. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately. Record daily information on the equipment temperature log sheet (refrigerator, freezer, and thermal counter). Report any incidents in the kitchen to the cook. Assist in completing forms related to Ordinance No. 2619/11\. Assist the educational advisor in culinary activities when necessary. Receive merchandise in the cook's absence.
