ABB is seeking a **Procurement Assistant** to work in the **Robotics** division, supporting administrative and operational routines of the department and contributing to the smooth flow of procurement processes. **Responsibilities** * Support the team in procurement processes for products, services, and systems, following detailed instructions received. * Provide administrative support to Procurement department routines, contributing to workflow agility and organization. * Support the team in developing new suppliers. * Assist in monitoring and controlling departmental performance indicators (KPIs). * When required, place purchase orders in the company’s systems. * Follow up on delivery timelines with suppliers and update the system with this information. * Support the team in seeking clarifications from requesting departments. * Contribute to organizing and tracking departmental requests, ensuring efficient support for team activities. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in administrative or support roles will be considered a plus. * Basic knowledge of procurement routines, order tracking, or information control will be considered a plus. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with procurement systems or ERP software. * Experience tracking orders, managing suppliers, or updating data in systems. **What We Offer** * Exposure to key Procurement processes within the **Robotics** division. * A strong culture of integrity, safety, development, and operational excellence. * Opportunities for professional growth and development within ABB. **About Robotics** ABB’s **Robotics** division is a global leader in automation solutions for diverse industrial sectors.
