If you are a dedicated professional with multitasking ability and seek a dynamic work environment, join our team. **Responsibilities** * Welcome, accompany, and refer users and families to Public Policy Services and the Socio-Assistance Network. * Organize meetings with families and their respective agendas. * Conduct specific activities with users and families, when necessary. * Register and enroll users and organize user records. * Commit to project implementation and outcomes, and assist with required documentation for project accountability reporting. * Participate in developing semiannual and monthly planning, considering current legislation and service users' needs. * Conduct home visits to users and families, when necessary. * Guide, refer, and assist users and families in obtaining required documents, when necessary. * Discuss cases requiring referral during technical team meetings. * Maintain daily and monthly user attendance records. * Support socioeducational coordinators and the manager in applying assessment tools for interventions with users and families. * Substitute for the Service Manager during their absence. * Monitor community and social articulation processes developed by the unit. * Refer users to institutional partners responsible for psychosocial services (Horas da Vida, Instituto Borboleta Azul, Abrinq, etc.) and provide them with required information and documents. * Complete user and family monitoring tools mandated by ASA and/or City Hall (Situational Chart, COVS, SISC spreadsheet, etc.). * Represent the Manager in SMADS meetings and in the Social Protection Network, when requested. * Mediate conflicts arising among participants. * Attend to families under the Manager's supervision and support. * Accompany users during external activities, when necessary. * Substitute for the Service Manager during their absence. * Represent the Manager in SMADS meetings and in the Social Protection Network, when requested. * Occasionally close the CCA. **Work Environment** Children and Adolescents Centers (CCAs) are spaces designed to receive children and adolescents during non-school hours.
