Because the concrete of life is not who we are now, but who we can still become. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and verification of field-executed services; * Reading and interpretation of technical drawings; * Management and direction of support teams, ensuring quality, productivity, and adherence to project deadlines. **Requirements:** * Solid experience as a General Construction Supervisor; * Experience in residential developments under the "My House, My Life" program; * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Experience in team management and field service monitoring; * Leadership profile, organizational skills, and focus on meeting deadlines and ensuring quality. **Technical and behavioral competencies:** * Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail; * Sense of urgency, dynamism, and focus on productivity and deadline adherence; * Strong leadership, communication, and ability to manage field teams.
