Junior Test Analyst

Job Summary: The Test Analyst ensures software quality through the design, implementation, and execution of functional and non-functional tests, working collaboratively with the team. As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design, implementation, and execution of functional and non-functional tests. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and other team members to identify risk areas, develop comprehensive test plans, and accurately report issues and defects. Responsibilities: Develop and execute detailed test cases and test procedures to ensure comprehensive coverage of business requirements and system functionalities. Identify, document, and report bugs and quality issues using defect tracking tools. Collaborate with developers and the product team to investigate and resolve software issues. Document and maintain test artifacts, including test plans and test reports. Support software releases, including regression testing and post-release validation. Requirements: Pursuing or having completed a higher education degree in Technology. Proven experience in software testing, preferably in agile environments. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Proactive, solution-oriented attitude with strong attention to detail. Desirable: Experience in automated testing.
