Team leadership and close relationship management with clients and suppliers **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a Production Manager to operate strategically and operationally in managing campaigns and special projects, ensuring delivery excellence, efficient resource management, and close relationships with clients, internal teams, and suppliers. We seek a candidate with broad production vision, strong sense of urgency, and the ability to lead complex processes from inception to completion. Responsibilities: The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all production stages of campaigns, ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs remain within plan. Key responsibilities include: Budget and production schedule control and management, ensuring predictability and organized deliverables. Management of all project touchpoints, maintaining clear communication flow among creative, account services, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Application of solid technical knowledge across various production types, understanding formats, specifications, and requirements of each deliverable. Cross-functional oversight of the entire campaign, anticipating risks and needs at each stage. Demonstrating high urgency to handle simultaneous demands and necessary adjustments. Prospecting and identifying new partners and suppliers, expanding the agency’s production ecosystem. Requesting, preparing, and analyzing production budgets, ensuring optimal cost\-benefit ratio. Anticipating and resolving issues throughout the process to avoid significant impacts on schedule and quality. Producing complex campaigns and leading special projects involving multiple branches and multidisciplinary teams. Delegating, guiding, and shaping the team, ensuring technical development and strong team performance. Maintaining close relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring clear communication, consultative posture, and constant alignment of expectations. Training and mentoring interns and assistants, promoting continuous development of the production team. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Solid experience as a Producer or Production Manager in an agency, production house, or related environment. Technical proficiency across various production types (audiovisual, digital, print, special content). Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects. Strong organizational skills, assertive communication, and strategic vision.
