Our clients include Nubank, Banco BMG, iFood, SulAmérica, Light, Banco Inter, Banco C6, among others. ### **Job Opening** Enter is hiring for the position of **Front\-End Engineer**, responsible for developing and optimizing web interfaces while ensuring strong performance and close collaboration with design and backend teams. This role involves transforming designs into responsive components, resolving performance issues, integrating APIs, and conducting code reviews. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in front-end technologies, and thrives in a dynamic environment. ### **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design teams to build new products and features for users. * Work closely with Product and AI Deployment teams to understand user needs. * Ensure our product delivers a bug-free, fully fluid experience. * Develop reusable and responsive UI components. * Continuously optimize performance and user experience using techniques such as CDN caching, table virtualization, lazy loading, efficient memoization, and intelligent data-fetching strategies—always in close collaboration with other Software Engineers to ensure optimized API contracts. * Build robust workflows for real-time document processing, implementing instant feedback for users. * Continuously evolve our internal component library based on ShadCN, Tailwind, and AG\-Grid—prioritizing accessibility, performance, and visual consistency across the platform. * Maintain and evolve our unified monorepo using technologies including Turborepo, Next.js, TypeScript, React.js, ShadCN, Tailwind, and React Query.
