Contribute creative solutions, support script development, and cover events, collaborating closely with the Communications team to strengthen institutional communication, internal engagement, and the company's digital presence. **Digital Content** **Responsibilities** Produce and edit real-time content using mobile devices and applications such as CapCut—especially during events, internal initiatives, and external coverage—as well as edit videos for various formats (institutional, social media, reels, stories, etc.). **Evaluation Criteria** * Visual and technical quality of produced videos (framing, audio, editing). * Appropriateness of content for different formats and communication channels. * Timely fulfillment of deadlines and requirements during events and initiatives. * Creativity and alignment of content with brand identity. * Efficient use of editing tools and applications. * Ability to adapt to diverse contexts and environments. * Organization and timely delivery of produced materials. ### **Audiovisual** **Responsibilities** Shoot video using DSLR cameras, with emphasis on Sony equipment. Work in both studio and outdoor settings, demonstrating mastery of framing, focus, audio, and camera movement. Responsible for operating DSLR cameras—especially Sony models—setting up basic lighting, capturing audio, and editing content for various formats and platforms. The professional will also perform agile mobile content production using tools like CapCut, and contribute to scriptwriting and storytelling for institutional videos, campaigns, and social media—ensuring technical quality, creativity, and alignment with brand identity.
