Challenges and Learning Opportunities: Layer Up’s content team is responsible for delighting clients (and their customers) through relevant content—regardless of format, topic, or industry. Far beyond ensuring writing quality, the team also values strategic alignment and producing materials that add value and deliver results. It is a dynamic, proactive, and detail-oriented team that combines diverse expertise and a passion for collaboration to manage our clients’ communications. Responsibilities: \- Communication across various content formats; \- Deepening foundational knowledge of digital marketing; \- Client presentations; \- Developing analytical thinking; \- Creating more strategic content productions; \- Quality control and revisions; \- Producing blog posts and more complex rich media materials; \- Developing social media content strategies; \- Producing newsletters and automation workflows; \- SEO optimization and reporting; \- Producing landing pages; \- Writing texts for search networks, display ads, and pop-ups; \- Developing analyses and actions for planning; \- Creating concepts and campaigns. Requirements Advanced proficiency in Office Suite and Google Drive; Bachelor’s degree in Journalism (completed); Prior experience as a Journalist or Content Analyst in Marketing/Advertising agencies and/or in the marketing departments of institutions; SEO optimization techniques; Content production for digital platforms. B2B experience. Desirable Bachelor’s degree in related fields, completed or in progress; Analytical ability; Organization; Focus on production; Strong interpersonal skills.
